DS Integrated Finsec Pvt. Ltd. is registered as a Non Deposit taking NBFC (Reg. No: b.01.0032) with Reserve Bank of India. It is incorporated in July, 1996 in Ahmedabad, It was taken over by us in February, 2008 in Rajkot district. Our main purpose of business is to provide easy and quick finance for small and medium enterprises. Our Company has been promoted with a primary purpose of meeting the working capital and business credit requirements of the small businesses in the MSME sector.

Shri. Rajesh J Daftary aged 51 years is the promoter-Director of the Company and is at helm of company affairs. He has behind him vast experience of business entrepreneurship since last more than a decade. A visionary entrepreneur with power to transform opportunities into success. He has worked tirelessly to put the company on the Map of Realty Sector. He has wide exposure in the fields of Finance and real estate. Under his leadership the company has been successful in completing four real estate projects. He has not only fulfilled all the expectations of the customers but has also managed to build a unique corporate identity for his company. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
